January sales – know your rights!

Did you know that goods can be discounted by up to 75% in the January sales? According to Martin Lewis from Money Saving Expert, these discounts can be even bigger than Black Friday and are a perfect time to pick up a bargain*.

The temptation is to buy things on a whim, but this can lead to buyer’s remorse.  What are your rights in this situation?  Legally, do you have the right to return things simply if you get home and realise you have made a huge mistake, or will you forever be lumbered with that really-cheap-but-really-ugly pair of trainers?

Our Consumer Law module guides you and your students through your different rights as a consumer, and includes lots of handy hints and tips to protect yourself legally when shopping on the high street or online.

Usually costing £49, for a limited time only, we are extending our pre-Christmas treat to help your students navigate the January sales. Don’t miss out – download your free copy here by the end of January.
